The new 2012 sovereign in the Queen's jubilee year is now available.
If considering purchasing from all the usual sources, shop around.
I just purchased 2 coins at 6% above spot.
Some well known bullion dealers only offer that price if buying 1000 coins.

Hi Photonaware, all the 2012 sovereigns I've seen are ridiculously overpriced - I've not seen any even close to spot, all are a munimum of 50% above spot.

Any suggestions of good retailers that sell to Australia?

P.S. I'm wondering if the price of 2012 sovs will drop next year once they start being re-sold?
 
They can be purchased in the UK for spot plus 6% plus usual shipping charge.
I have some and if gold drops I will be tempted to buying more.
 
They never get a premium on the second hand market ,over spot value ,don't wast your $
Well maybe on fleebay :o
