Junk for sure, it's just silver, but all commemorative florins in any reasonable condition will attract a premium if uncleaned. Collectors don't like the look of cleaned silver. Even unc coins have an original mint luster (patina) that is destroyed in the cleaning process leaving the coin looking stark.
