Need help ebay bidding on 689panda auction

I am from Malaysia and I have come across sellers who will only ship to a USA address. I work around this by providing a USA address that I obtained FOC.
The seller will ship to this USA address and I will then forward the package to my address in Malaysia. I will need to declare the item and the value when it arrives at
the USA address. I also need to pay for the shipping fees from this USA address to Malaysia.

i met many times as buyer and se l ler，
i think u got some unpaid cases and seller blocked this，
or he selected USA shipping only，so all overseas cant bid，and ebay system got pro （10%）

or maybe nasty seller
