You want to know Cheng Choa who the one of the youngest panda coin designer who design 5 years panda coins(2010,2012,2013,2017,2018) ? NON of any panda designer coin in China has the honor to be 5 years panda coin designer till 2018. ONLY HIM.

He is the designer of 2017 non fiat temple of heaven panda series. The non fiat coins design is identical to 2017 panda coin and no other non fiat panda coin has this luxury and status.

Here is Cheng Choa in Hong Kong Coin show recently. He sign the 2017 panda fiat coin coa and temple of heaven panda non fiat coin on the spot. 3 g coins temple of heaven panda non fiat is the first panda non fiat coin of Nanjing Mint too. Temple of Heaven panda non fiat coin has achieved 2 special status : - identical design to 2017 panda fiat coin and first non fiat panda coin by Nanjing Mint.

Nice!!! I wonder how much these fiat and non-fiat pandas will be worth now. I think it is unusual for him to sign the COAs for the fiat pandas.....so these are pretty rare even though mintage for the fiats are high.
 
Looks terrific! I think you have been working on improving the temple side. Maybe you could post a side by side picture?

Here the photo of Bimetallic temple of heaven panda #2. It have a bit curve line to show a better high relief.

On top of it it have light sand blasting instead full sand blasting to alleviate the mirror effect for reason.

Those improvement might be nothings to you BUT it is great efforts by the team in Mint and breakthrough. They spent additional one week in minting and 20 days in technical issue and engraving.

Credit where it is due the second Temple of Heaven issue is very nice indeed. I would like to see the antiques have fewer minted, say 30 not 69 but you cant have everything. I have ordered one of each and I am looking forward to seeing the Silver release.

By pressing the Chinese Mints to spend more time and improve quality these medals become world class and this will help to increase future values. I would like to see even further strides in art quality for the number 3 medal

The circulation to market for the antique is 50 instead of 69 which 19 keep by mint for special purposes.

This panda took 5 months to get it tested and done.

Hopefully more innovation and creative can be execute and think off.

One mint die almost broken due to the technical difficulty of one small matter which all of us will not notice. I hope I get the non fiat coin fast and tell you in the video and here.

Here the usual information for temple heaven panda #2 vs temple of heaven panda #1 sell.
  • Bimetallic sell results slightly lesser (10% lower) than temple of heaven panda #1 due to change of resellers in Malaysia and Singapore
  • Brass sell results better than temple of heaven panda #1 due to more new collectors.
  • Antique brass result much better than temple of heaven panda #1 due to existing customer who did not buy antique finishing BUT buy in #2 and more new customers.
Hopefully the pre sell of silver and antique silver will create another peak.

Temple of heaven panda #2 will sell in coming Long Beach America coin show on 6 June 2017.

Interesting. Is this the first time one of these low mintage medals, except for show medals, have been actively sold at a show? I think this is a good way to introduce them to a broader audience. Bi metal and brass only?

Swiss medal and others are selling in coin show in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Panda lunar & Nanjing silver notes has sold in Singapore coin show since 2015.

All my sponsor items will available for certain coin shows. Gradually the resellers network will stronger than last 2 years.

It more on "off eBay" and gradually might consider some eBay resellers too.

2 days pre sell of temple #2 which 60 pieces silver proof sold and payment collected. Thus is the reseller networks which is stronger than last times.
 
Half of the silver temple of heaven #2 sold. This is excluding China sell which will start after the non fiat coin minted.

Take notes the non fiat coin will show ag .999 62 gram. The silver and antique version photo circulated in the market is by app NOT the real minted non-fiat coin. Thus, the photo is for illusion only.

So this is first time in an american show? The timing is perfect as this is one of the very few series (panda low mintage) that were thoroughly presented in Peter Anthony's new Panda book, although it's the fist Temple Panda that's illustrated. I wonder what impact all this could have on the series. At least it seems to give an considerable advantage on other current panda series.

That is very promising! In a rather slow market, they roll out faster than ever? It's really great to see there is a market for quality stuff. Pity though I have to minimize my spendings :-(
