Mother of God, what have I done to my Zombuck?! WHAT HAVE I DONE?!?!!

Sorry guys, I may have started the zombie apocalypse. My bad.

My silver Zombuck had milkspots. I did not succeed in eliminating the disease. In fact, I think I have created a new disease.

See those two dark spots on the left? They were the milk spots. Now they are darker milk spots. And yes, a couple of hours ago that coin was silver.

Edit: The coin above can be seen in the pic below in the bottom left with spots before it was toned:

Great looking coin though!

I think it's about time you purchased more "bars" than the coins you like.

Re-think your strategy Pete (No -disrespect)...just a suggestion.

imo...some of you folk fall-in-love with coins...if you are a person who buys for enjoyment...so be-it but if you have an objective, it's good to re-visit your life goals and likely outcomes. :)

Edit

Pete has imaculate attention to detail!

whats wrong with it? Looks about right for the quality of zombucks finish..

Wait till I get my coin electric current coin storage box prototype made. Milk spots will be a thing of the past

You're 100% correct on that and it's exactly what I have been doing over the last few months. I have been slowly moving to generic kilo bars and round fifties. My main divergence from that plan is currently 1 oz Libertads and I have a nice stack of them.

(Hint for Sydney stackers who want some cheap silver -- stay alert, I have some rounds and other silver that will get dumped at spot or very close to it quite soon.)

Not sure Pete, but it may have been you that purchased a swag of kilo horses lasy year...that was a very good move.

Or maybe 2oz???? :)

They were mainly kilo kooks and koalas that have mostly been swapped for easier-to-store silver. I just couldn't fit them in my SDB, and having to worry about capsule scuffing is really annoying. But I do still have a kilo horse, and a few other misc kilo coins to eliminate at some point.

Ok Pete...must have been "Barsenault"...think he had the leaning tower of kilos. :D Or...some extravagant qty of horses. 2oz I think??

That was definitely me! But I can't find the pic now. The tower is long gone.

I did find an old pic of me visiting my SDB with a few coins:

You just created a new strain of milk spots: the chocolate milk spots!

Well done, I'm gonna beat you in creating strawberry milk spots! :D
