We all know there's a lot of "experts" out there. Im interested to know where our fellow Silver Stackers go for their "finger on the pulse" news -> Re: precious metals and up to date news on the economics of the world? Who has been the most reliable and informative source on the Internet/YouTube in your opinion? Curious  Cheers GM

You're probably chasing financial content rather than economic content. The best free source I've come across is anything that Jack Farley produces, currently he hosts The Monetary Matters Network. He used to produce Forward Guidance but it's gone to serious dogshit since he left, Felix Jauvin is ok but Quinn Thompson really drags the respectability of the show down. Still, there may be the odd pearl in amongst the swill.

And of course what you do is get on X and follow the above and you'll also get suggestions and see who else they follow and who follows them. Remembering that most of the accounts on X are subscriber based so you only get a few morsels.

I haven't come across any Australian content that I rate with any degree of consistent quality.

For macro context I lean on Kitco News on YouTube — they cover the gold/silver thesis from multiple angles (bulls and bears). Luke Gromen is worth following for the macro case for gold specifically.

On the data/tools side, lode.rocks is what I use for live spot across gold, silver, platinum and palladium plus the gold:silver ratio — clean and fast without the noise of the bigger sites. Kitco is fine but their homepage has become a bit cluttered.

Lyn Alden for broader macro, Brent Johnson for dollar dynamics. Both have free newsletters worth subscribing to.
