That was my first thought too, but then I googled RAM Proof Tigers and they're different

I googled all sorts of tigers and can't find this one

Is actually a RAM produced PROOF coin for the China market in 2010 with mintage of 10,000 pcs.i hv blackout the COA number.
I hv ordered some, if anyone is interested let me know through private message.
