I've bought the Argali from Downies and I didn't get any email either. I guess whoever bought it from the 1st coin get the first cut. And whoever bought less will have to wait in line?

If you pass on this one, more than likely you wont get invited for the special offer on the next release?

At first I did not like the coin, it has since grown on me and hoping it looks even better than the pictures in reality...

I think these are one of the few series where it would be great to have the whole collection. (I dont have the first 2, I believe you might?) - dont regret later down the road that you have one coin missing from having the whole series.

I say get the special offer if you in two minds - I am sure you will be able to flog it for at least $50 profit worst case scenario if you not intending to keep for your collection!
 
I sold all my collection of these. I did o.k. with the Wolverines. I had 3 i sold. Plus an owl and hedgehog. I believe these coins are not as hot as they were. If i did pick 1 up for $195 plus tax, I would flip it, But i don't think i want to bother.

Hi,

The Mongolian Manul email was sent out to people who bought the 2013 Argali coin through Euro Collections. If you bought the coin from us (Downies) but not through ECI you would not have received an email. If you feel you should have got an email but didn't (and have checked your Junk Mail folder) then contact us immediately at [email protected] or send me a PM with your name and I can look into it.

At this stage we're only able to offer to the 2013 previous buyers. Apologies for this inconvenience but we are only given a small allocation which barely covers those who bought the coin last year. If we have any more coins left over (some previous buyers don't take us up on the offer) they will be offered on a first come, first served basis :)

SO now. That price was basically the 'exclusive presale' price they offered last years buyers two weeks ago. Feels like a $200 coin to me in the end, nowhere near what this series used to be.

Keep in mind that Downies doesn't get a ton of these and they marked it sold out pretty shortly after I posted that link - so hopefully some members here took advantage of what I consider a really good deal.
