You are right, for now. The Chinese, smartly, don't want to start a cold war with the US. They want to develop their economy first. But China is already bullying its neighbours, by wanting the whole South China Sea for example. China did start a war with Vietnam some time ago, but otherwise it has avoided direct confrontation, for now. So it does look more peaceful. Nevertheless, domestically, the government is screwing up its people. If it will treat its neighbours the way it treats its people, it will be same same like the US. China replacing the US as the world's thug would be like jumping out of the frying pan, into the fire. Also, Chinese are so incredibly nationalistic. Perhaps even more than Americans.
 
What I dont get is it costs more than $15/16 an Oz to pull out of the ground and assay,

Of course the markets arent manipulated at all, thats just paranoid conspriracy :rolleyes:

You should see it in your lifetime because according to the Billy Meier material the fall of the US will happen in 2020 when it will break up into 5 states.

I wouldnt bet the house on it but it is possible, the house of cards will eventually come crashing down.
