(Basically they are trying to offset the current bad economic figures by saying that retail returns are way up, and expect us to believe that all the millions of dollars that were handed out to anybody that applied for them during the recent natural disasters and were then spent buying goods or repairing losses to housholds are infact a positive indicator that all is well and good.
If everybody had another one to pull then all would be well and good, but when you combine the figures with the current state of real estate and the fact that everyday living cost's have increased along with necessary cost's such as electricity and fuel etc and that interest rates still look like rising by the end of the year can you really trust the hype ?)
