I am trying to remember who the members were that warned that it was a spike and sold near the top during the huge runup a decade ago. There were a lot of bets and "I told you so" moments. A few here were predicting a raid fall and sold their stack at a big profit. So many members got caught up in the excitement and lost loads of money by panic buying as silver rose a dollar a day for a while, every day here there was a new thread called $XX.00 silver as the price hit the next dollar mark and there were pronouncements that "gold and silver will never be cheap again, buy now while you still can".
