Well played night crew. (I'm waiting for Mighty Atom's laden tray now!)

Here's some of the overnight chart action for those interested.

A USD $4.09 peak to trough move for silver with a very strong recovery before bagel time in NY.

Similar moves for gold.

The USD is hanging by a thread to the USD $74 range.

AUD stablizing around 1.0722

It is open, I am expecting another fun night, with silver finishing in NYMEX around $45 to 45.50...I will probably have my head handed to me for this prediction, but what the hell, I can put the blame on the trendline I fancied at that second :)...
 
Maggie Nice to see you in the control room early. Captain Turk has predicted a rather quite night. I think that the silver price will rise and fall at various times between$43.50US and $45US. Friday night is the night I'm predicting that the silver price will finally decide which way it is really going to go.

Keep a sharp lookout nightstackers there could be bubbles on the port or icebergs on the starboard.

Be back on deck later during the night.

Yes the silver has just slipped below $45USD..I've done my watch and now it's off to bed.

yea I am off to bed too, it's playing around 45.1, NYMEX hasnt closed yet but glad to see that the market has played around my predictions tonight thanks to the long weekend that allowed me to read all the data/videos/articles etc and play with charts all day leading to the lucky guess...god silver stacking is a full time job, it's damn hard to keep up with the data/information inflow while keeping the career going...

Taking a pleasant drive to the mint tomorrow to buy some more bars, hope they are not out of stock. Taking an old friend along who is a first time buyer of physical. May have to go to plan B if they are out of stock. Happy days.

Might be an interesting night after General Benanke makes his speech about QE2 and maybe QE3. Which way will silver go. Hope Captain Turk is on board tonight as it could be a most interesting time.

Quick check in for the night.

Not much to fear tonight. Usually get a pulldown like we are seeing now before a Fed speech.

Probably see a recovery later in New York around lunch time.

The markets already know that Bernake will extend the QE process, so they are already up and will no doubt rise further on the 'good news'.

This might weaken the PM sector somewhat. But do we care?

Nah! We've already BEEN to 50 and have just come back to smell the roses that we passed in our hurry to get there.

We are in control now.

My instructions for the night.

Ram the Bythbergs and sneer inthe face of the storm!

"Fire all of your guns at once and ..."

(Oh, and don't make too much mess down below in the Mess or MightyAtom will get MightySore on the first watch tomorrow!)
