Yup, post a recent liquidation....I've got $30K AUD fiat now awaiting a pull back. This recent rise has been a disaster. If I wake up in the morning and Ag's below $36/oz I'll be extremely happy. I don't like my chances at all!!. This uptrend since mid 2010 has not had only one decent pullback.
BTW, compared with most people my age, I'd be considered broke so...... :P

Possibly a buy day tommorow after all :D either way I am happy lol
 
4am, just finished an 8 page letter of complaint to the CBA, most likely futile but i feel good......but in 2 hours when the kids jump on me, I am going to be rooted. Thank goodness the silver train is rolling. 39.37 US, that should see us thru tomorrow. Good night.
 
I'm curious to see how much resistance there will be at $40. I can't believe we are almost out of the $30's, silver is growing up so fast :P

The 4th and 5th the increase was around $0.60/day. With the US government running around in circles to bring together the budget, i felt it might have been a $39.30-$39.50 kind of day. JP Morgan on the scene keeping things in check :/

Looks like it played out to what i had expected. Things steady overnight.
 
Interesting night ahead as usual

Portugal filing for EU assistance and the US still on the ropes about their budget spending.

Should be a bullish night. As for JP and Co knocking it down...$40 seems to be a barrier, just like $50 will be.

I think it will break through $40 on Monday as the weekend unfolds ready for the buy ups the on the open.

Not really sure what to expect tonight so I posted the 30 day chart for all to ponder.

I'm half expecting a takedown - if not tonight then definitely tomorrow - but we might get another one of BellInvest's steady nights tonight! ;)

We might even 'touch' the magic four zero tonight - for a fleeting moment perhaps!

USD $39.47 right now.
 
just playing up and down, dont think we will see 40 till next week...market feels like it wants to sit and assess, make new plans, enter new computer programming (buy/sell orders) for 40+ era etc...im happy that i have done what I can with my stacking efforts before the 40 mark...

my only worry is a clever survival attempt of the US later in the year, making AUD loose 30% or more against USD...it is very hard not to consider fiat as a measure of value...

But as long as you have your PM's by then, the 30% will only move to make your assets appear more valueable in fiat form!
 
I think the AUD v USD is the key to when silver hits $40AU. That could happen quite quickly if the $AU drops back to parity or less. Will the silver express keep moving or will it stay at the station for a while. Many small SS will be hoping for a downturn to enable them to stack more but from what I hear from my silver mentor THE RUSH IS ON as many new buyers are now entering the market.

Anyway keep up the night stackers watch. I don't think silver has dropped since this thread started.

It is going no where for now has been around $39.50 for a while.
