Presale on many different items seems to be the norm now. The squeeze is getting tighter slowly.
Nice little run-up before closing. With the USD being so strong at least metals are acting as an inflation buffer now for those in places with weak currencies like the UK and Australia.

Btw, CULL Morgan and Peace dollars are now $32 each on Apmex, up another 2 bucks recently and far more premium than the infamous Eagle.

They are about the same premiums actually. Eagles went up from $35 too!
