Gday Stackers, we are going to do a xmas party - picnic - bbq - BYO, family day 25th Nov, will be in a park in the eastern suburbs.
12pm +

I have organized a santa (my step father) or at very least I can grab the suit for REDBACK or CK to wear, (sneaky lol).

GOLDSTACKERS and South Gippsland Bullion will provide some fractional silver for a childrens treasure hunt.

GIFTS FROM SANTA,
I was thinking of pre - organizing gifts for the children similar to that of a social club to come from santa.
Something like a 1/2 oz snake or pamp 10gm snake + cadbury chocolate santa stocking. Basically bullion + chocolate - keep it simple and cheap.
We will wrap the gifts and put your childs name on it.
We will do the gifts at cost, which I will work out later, want to keep it around the $25 - $27 mark.

Looking for final numbers on gifts by the 14th nov. I doubt there will be extras, organize it early.

An auction will not take place, location will be disclosed later via pm to interested attendees.
I have a Quick shade with 3 walls and a door, will set it up in case anyone needs to chat.

SGB will draw the end of year prizes for the buyers club there also.

A bit far for me to travel but I wish you all the best with it, just bring a metal detector in case you forget where you hid the treasure!
 
Damn it, missed out again, I guess I will see you guys January if I am back from overseas, else it will be the one after that

Getting the gifts organized over this week end.
I will send out location and details to members next week.
Pamp 10gm snake and chocolate, going for the pamp as it is more giftish than coin in a capsule.
If people are bringing children but dont want them to have bullion we will do just chocolate presents for them, or vice versa!!
 
i can bring along some circus type stuff and do a bit of juggling / unicycle / assorted other things... kids might like that... :)

you're on!! although i have never jousted on a unicycle before... or any kind of jousting what so ever... but it could be quite entertaining both for us and the spectators :P

Got a box of Cadbury chocolate santa stockings $4ea at Coles.
Pamp 10gm fortuna or snake if people could confirm what they would like that would be great.
Snakes will push the total present cost to $25.00, fortuna will be a bit cheaper, we will throw in wrapping and name tags.
If you could let me know what you would like together with childs name we will start getting it arranged.
