After three months of frenzied activity, and much wearing out of the carpet outside the Collins street dealers, we are well overdue a catch up.
February's meeting saw us bursting at the seems with a couple of interstate guests to boot.
This Month's Meetup is on Sunday the 28th May. The venue gods have shone on us yet again, and we are returning to the same location. I'd like to acknowledge the provider of the venue here in Melbourne for supporting us for well over 5 years continuously.
As usual we will have a few trading tables set up, showcasing a good assortment of precious metal from some of the local "Gold Precinct" retailers, as well as a few private traders (like myself) with a good assortment of precious metal goodies.
The venue, as always will be revealed by direct message to those stackers who register on this page. We will run our usual time slot of 2:00 to 5:00pm.
The CBD venue makes public transport easy, certainly much easier than parking, but all day parking is available nearby in Flinders lane at Sunday rates, which aren't usually too bad. Across the road the AOC car park (Manchester Lane) is also available on the Sunday.
As with last meetup, we will also be inviting members of some select Gold and Silver FaceBook groups along as well, and we continue to let the "silveroos" guys in if they promise to be good.
The event will include one or two presentations and of course the Auction.
As always this is the absolute best time to come get yourself a bargain. Prices are near all time highs, but they are rising.... and if you have metal to trade/sell, you cant go wrong. There should be an XRF machine present to test stuff on the spot too.
