It will give real world evidence for the economic viability.
These guys have good land, and lots of it.
 
The 5 year price chart on MRP looks pretty ordinary, like many other micro stocks (penny dreadfuls). Was at 40c at one point, now under 10c. That's a 75% loss. Unless there's something changing significantly the "trend is your friend" analysis suggests its headed one way and needs a major change/find/announcement to reverse its longterm 5 year trend.
