G'day stackers. Some fresh news out of King Global Ventures (CSE: KING | OTCQB: KGLDF) for those following the silver exploration space.
Two developments worth flagging. Their maiden drill program at Iron Horse just confirmed a VMS-style hydrothermal feeder system (June 16 news release). VMS deposits are known for hosting massive concentrations of base and precious metals, including silver. Geophysics and geology are aligned, the corridor shows copper enrichment and sulphide development, and assay results are still pending. The CEO described the system as "quite large."
But the Silvercord assay results from May are what really caught my eye. They reported 10.5 feet grading 18.07 oz/t silver, with a higher-grade core of 3.0 feet at 40.54 oz/t silver. Another hole returned 8.0 feet at 5.48 oz/t silver with 2.20% lead and 2.53% zinc — including 1.0 foot at 11.78 oz/t silver with 10.09% lead and 6.01% zinc. These are polymetallic hits with serious silver grades and base metal credits.
Mineralization remains open along strike and down-dip. A follow-up drill program is being planned.
This is all on a 4,000-acre district in Arizona with 15 former producing mines. The company also just signed a deal to bring in satellite-based resource mapping across the full property. Tight share structure at 15 million shares.
