If Bill Gates dropped a $100 bill on the ground, it would literally not be worth his time to pick it up, considering the amount of money he makes per second ($114.16 at the time of writing this).

If it's not worth his time picking it up if he drops it... it stands to reason its also not worth his time going to an ATM and putting in his pocket to start with...
The amount of money he makes a second is irrelevant as he obviously has down time that is not "on the clock" ;)
 
I bet that if Bill Gates did drop a $100 bill that he would pick it up. I say this because he obviously has the $100 for a purpose, and it would take him longer to go and get another $100 from the bank/ATM.
 
I bet if he dropped a $100 note it wouldn't even touch the floor. You don't get rich by dropping $100 notes all over the place.
