I found an article he wrote for seeking alpha which explains this concept (commodity/equity cycle) in more detail. It's also bullish.

I went further back in time, some of his earlier reports may not be accurate.

For example, this one dated 25th March 2018 wasn't accurate. But of course, almost everyone got it wrongly then. I remember it well as I got into pm in May 2018 just before the collapse.

That's why it's important to average rather than dump all in.
