There's a problem with the German language.
There may be more than one, but the main one is just how important capital letters are - any language where whether or not a word is capitalised the meaning changes so dramatically, that's not the sign of a mentally-well method of communication.

The inmate fled.
He refused food and drink.
He refused food and drank.
The boy resembles you a lot.
The boy comes after you, you monster.
If he only were a poet.
If he only were more drunk.
In front of the window she saw her beloved lawn.
In front of the window she saw her lover raging/racing.
He has nice comrades in Berlin.
He has enjoyed love/sex in Berlin.
Warm meals in the basement.
Gays eat in the basement.
Damaged couches in my chain store.
Injured people are lying in my chain store.
The pure addiction to torture.
The naked woman is looking for an opportunity to torture.
