Knew I started going faster after the truck hit that bump? All kidding aside, I live in Arkansas. With the current mindset of people for hoarding, they should have just put a sign out for free toilet paper. Either that or just let a Hispanic person know about it. That person would have gathered a group of Hispanics and gotten the toilet paper loaded into a truck in less than an hour. All at no cost to the government. The free "toilet paper" market economy still works.
