When my son was in about the second or third grade he got me good. He was in the backseat and my wife and I were up front talking.
Suddenly he bursts out with” Guess what happened at school today?” Now that he had our attention he followed very seriously with “ Sally fell out of the swing at recess and broke both of her arms.” I said” that’s awful. I hope she feels better soon.”
The wife and I resumed our conversation and about 5 minutes or so later when everything was quiet, from the backseat comes “knock knock” In unison we replied “ who’s there?”
“Not Sally”

I told my ex-wife that I wanted to be cremated. She made me an appointment for next Tuesday!
