Was this what that Huda lady (used to be on the PM pundit sites a few years back) used to talk about? I think she used to say though the US had it stashed in Hawaii?

Lot of stories about Yamashita treasures as well the Golden budda.

Actually treasure hunting is still famous by many fanatics in Philippines, time to time some sellers puff up that they are selling gold bars.

True or not, my grand father who fought as guerilla during that time once told me sort of stories.

there were gold taken from many parts of the islands and ended up in their burial in Ph, but we can never be sure the robber actually brought it back to Japan already.
