IT BEGINS !!

Funny thing happened the other day.

I logged on to myGov, went to the ATO to see if I could lodge my tax without having to wait for my wife to get her arse into gear (I couldn’t) and lo and behold!!! they told me I may have to declare any capital gains from any crypto I may have bought and sold, likewise my shares.

Now I didn’t tell them that I’d bought crypto or shares. Must be the “KFC” I’d eaten at some point. :D

This is why i never ID registered on any exchange. I'm OTG in the crypto world. ;)

Aww the good old days of exchanges like btc-e. No registration required and the thrill of knowing if you left anything on the exchange overnight it might not be there in the morning.

Oh man I'd love some KFC right now!

Mmm mmm!

I dont want to drive the 4 hr round trip to get it tho. Wonder if they deliver.

It might give it a drunken kiss around midnite but it's probably another decent resistance level so I wouldn't expect a breakthrough.

Jan 3 and we're through to $33K

It's ploughing through resistance at a pace now. Next stop for the BTC train $50K ?

I said that all the way through 2017 but that's not how this beast works.

Far better to adapt and roll with it. Get your off-ramp plan ready.

I've been buying Bitcoin fairly regularly for the past 3-4 years now, but I was way too conservative when buying early-mid 2020. I should have just gone all-in, but it's hard when there's been a huge price fall and you aren't paying much attention to the sector. Oh well, I have a decent position now, but honestly, I could have been aiming for early retirement.

What's your exit strategy?

Just remember to take profit. Social media is all lit up now to 2017 levels. Very same crypto twits who got rekt in 2017 are at maximum noise how they were right all along.

I saw no reason to sell any BTC until to today. I probably will tonight.

On a side note ETH/BTC looks truly horrible and in serious trouble.
