Is todays price trend the trend of the next 10 decades?

Good question... tiss a bit controversial as to whom it belongs
What is controversial about me?

I could be wrong but I think the controversy is about whether yogi bear was responsible for the quote above.

On a 10 decade chart you don't see 3 month glitches! :D

Btw since the price is close to my last purchase one, and I'm already enthousiast, I checked some dealers and the cheapest one has only 2 1kilo horses listed as 'last items'. Crap! On the other hand, if the futures position of 25/03, price $20, still shows a big number, then there is no hurry.

After months useless bidding on auction sites, I just received a yes on 3 junk coins. Will be my cheapest silver so far. 3 months long they didnt agree with my bids, and now they do. Same bids. How funny! :D

I think they were accepted out of pity :p I'd have given you a discount for being so persistent.

What was the difference between original asking price and the successful bid?

Demanded price: 50 euro (for 2 x 30 gram 0.900 and 1 x 25 gram 0.900).
Bid 1: 30
Bid 2: 35
Bid 3 (that's me): 36
76,5 gram fine content, shipping cost 4, total 40, 523 euro per kilo, my last purchase (bullion) was 545 euro per kilo (which is today again the case). Spot is 460 euro per kilo so this is spot +18,5%, for 90% 'junk'. So far never (2011+) saw these junk coins this cheap.
The currently cheapest bullion (maple 1oz) is 535 per kilo.
Future will tell who was the most wise here, the buyer (that's me!) or the seller.
If bullion and 90% old (18xx) junk is the same price, my personal preference goes to the junk.
This is 196x and 197x junk though, some last time that it was minted here in my region, for a decade, in France.
A whole book story, about 76,5 gram silver. On my stack it's a peanut on an elephant but it's 2 months ago that I got a single coin so excuse me the enthousiasm! :D
This was just a little snag though, I wouldn't buy a big lot at the moment, I'm keeping my bigger chunk (atm good for 6-7 kilo) to wait for a better price.

Finally!
PEOPLE!
We are back where we started on 01/01/2014!
Going Sideways!
Anyone backed up the truck in the 4 months bump?
I didn't!
Instead of empty hands, I have now euro's for the lower price.
To buy more silver! :D

So we are now mid may 2014 people. Same price as year started with.
Captain Sideways at the steering wheel! :D

2010 from $16 to $30
2014 from $19.5 to $19.5
Captains Up and Down have become midgets :D

I backed up the truck in recent weeks. It feels like buying in 2010 instead of 2011. Hell, some even paid this back in 2008. It's like every arriving coin has a smiley on it. My savings: silver. My vacation money: silver. I have some peanuts left worth 3-4 kilo silver, good for some months living. I feel like a pirate with an empty ship and a hungry crew. :D

Ladies and Gentlemen, the year 2014 started with $19.435.
Week 21 just ended. The price was $19.475.
That's 0,2% up. At this rate, the year will end with +0,5%
You will be rich!
People will trade a houseblock for your American Silver Eagle TM!
