Is this normal - 2015 Prices

How many people typically turn up to these events and what sort of sales volumes do they get on the day?

Under 20 people from what i understand & at 20 coins per person ....not many :lol:

They dont care about individuals only big buyers as any company would .

The thing i dont understand is how many coins can 20 people buy ? surely it couldnt be enough to make a dent in the scheme of things . You would think they would give the people a break that actually take the time to attend the launch .They are obviously hard core customers to want to attend the launch but can only buy 1 roll .....piss poor IMO
 
State Government will eventually wake up and realise that the senior management is not adding any value to the Perth Mint brand/product and get some serious leadership to navigate the ship.

Premium wise here in Canada its cheaper to buy the 1/2oz or 2oz 2015 perth mint goat bullion coin

1oz - 34.23
1/2oz - 14.99 = 29.98 per oz
2oz - 53.87 = 26.94 per oz

So is the reason for this just the popularity of the 1oz? Does the 1/2oz and 2oz have an unlimited mintage? Just curious. Im just getting into the perth mint Lunar stuff and only have the 2014 horse 1oz. which I paid 32 for I think.....

the 1 oz is the only coin that has a set limit. The others are minted to demand, but once the mintage is declared, that's it, no more minted. Most are declared the year after. Others like the 1 kilo take about 5 years to be declared (I believe).
 
barsenault, the kilo lunars can be minted until the end of the series. The 10kilo seems to have a limit of 200, but that is based upon that last two years of sales.

Thanks for the heads up dccpa. Seems that the older years are harder, and much more expensive to obtain, to the demand from dealers must decrease, as new issues are being released. I wish I could get the Tiger kilos for the price of the horse kilos. man, that would be awesome.
