^^^^^ to all those expressing concerns and reservations. I thought I'd post rather then say thanks to everyone. Even if PayPal refunded you { good luck with that} this guy could take the money and run.
I'd like to believe that bargains like this come along, but experience won't let me.

We were right, turns out the seller is a scammer and the negative feedback is starting to show. Wonder wtf eBay was thinking letting the guy sell that's much amount of gold n silver

Seller was refusing Paypal (sending payments back) and PP only covers up to $20,000.
