Agreed, which is one of the reasons why I went with the '14 Kookilo, instead. Love that year's design.


Probably my biggest issue with the '15 is the text around the circumference seems a bit too cramped. Sort of detracts from it somewhat, IMO.

Still a nice coin. Seems like a lot of people have been picking up the larger sizes.

2013 Kookaburra was sold-out at The Perth Mint 03 May 2013.

2014 Kookaburra sold-out at The Perth Mint 31 December 2013.


2015 Kookaburra is still available from The Perth Mint (Currently they have about 462)
