Is it safe out there?

I picked up a hitch hicker once that didn't have any arms. He also had only one leg.
I don't usually pick up hitch hikers, but seeing as he looked armless, I let him hop in.

Armed with a few coldies should cover your ass I reckon.

I wouldn't mind hooking up with one of you pro prospectors to show me how to find gold one day, reckon I'm a few months away from being ready to go for a scrounge round the scrub. Might go and have a look in winter, any reason to avoid a Tassie winter is a good 1.

Come to Vic in the winter. It's a good 2 degrees warmer than Tas.

WA or up North, that sounds more appealing. :)

The missus is from Qld, was thinking more up that way in winter. Pretty sure most of Vic is colder than Tassie in winter. Actually she's from Maryborough region, not any warmer there either, froze there last winter.

Both myself and Melb Stacker managed to survive our f2f detecting outing.

Before setting out we both agreed to leave our respective arsenals of weapons behind as they tend to make the detector give off false signals. :P

Cool day, virtually no ants or mozzies and no nasty snakes or serial killers encountered. :)

...unless he is a serial killer but I just wasnt his type.

Maybe he does not know his way around there? Need to remember the route first...then chop chop :D

Them bears know how to have a good time.

Just like the white bulldogs. :) All the white bears around Bundy are looking for a new cave. :D
