Forgive my ignorance but does anyone know of any iphone app that will allow us to quickly scan spot prices and maybe even us vs aud?

i know of a couple of good and simple ones but these are in USD..

I use the kitco app on both ios and android

excellent but you cannot display AUD and USD prices at the same time
 
i use kitco for Apple ipad Mini, Android (Samsung) and Windows Nokia - dont use blackberry at all

I like the way they are all so similar - if you use a different metals app you should have both.

Also XE is a nice currency app for apple (and all other OS except maybe blackberry)

Xe.com have a great app, you can have upto 10 currencies/commodities listed, easy to refresh/swap currencies around
 
timeoftrade seems really good - I found it for ipad - unsure if it works on iphone
you can also get it on pc


I use it for xag and xau so far

don't know about aussie

it is live and the graphs are some of the best I have seen

I am looking at netdania at present.

Am I right in that I cannot get Ag in US?

I can see it there in Aus and many others, but not US.

You can also use your Stocks app and the FX currency codes:

XAGAUD=X /* Silver in A$
XAUAUD=X /* Gold in A$
XAGUSD=X /* Silver in US$
XAUUSD=X /* Gold in US$

Good if you like to look at some indices, stocks, currencies and commodities at the same time.

For instance:
- XAUAUD=X is 1,456.252 (POG in A$)
- XAGAUD=X is 25.010 (POS in A$)
- AUDEUR=X is 0.694 at the moment (Euros per A$)
- BHP.AX is 36.58 (BHP stock)
- ^AORD is 5,238.20 (All Ordinaries)
- DOW J is 15,326.6 (Dow Jones)

No special app needed.
