Here is just where I am currently at with my cryptocurrency mining rig.

If you have any questions regarding the more technical side of it please feel free to ask. If I get enough interest in that I will do a breakdown video of all the geeky stuff :)

Thanks for watching :D

interested to see the water blocks go on, i could never get those cards cool on air.

Doesn't the "outside" of those ant-static bags conduct electricity? That mobo might get damaged (Maybe you turned it inside out, I hope so??? ;) :)

Stay safe.

Yes the bag's non-conductive side is the only thing touching the components. (I should of probably mentioned that)

I know right! I don't think air-cooling on these cards are a good long term idea because it just doesn't work well enough. I will be posting once I get it all watercooled.

Thanks for watching!

water cooling is cool and my gaming system ( 3 x r9 290x's ) is water cooled as I have it in the house and dont like the noise but if you are planning on having more than one mining rig water cooling is a waste of money on a mining rig for the miniscule little bit of extra performance you can get. Epically with where the alt coin prices have been going and the introduction of ASICS which will soon get better and make GPU's irrelevant.

the coolers on these cards are designed to cool the card in hot cramped cases. You will find air cooling is sufficient even with a large set up in an open framed rig.

I have 20 GPU's set up in my garage all air cooled and it is not a problem
