most people i talk to now tell me "this is the bottom", "great time to be buying". hardly shit scared if you ask me

Yeah i've heard plenty of that, but how many people do you know actually settling in the next month or so? actually signing the papers. I dont think i know a single person. Everybody talks about the bottom, but there still not parting with their cash. Im speaking about the gold coast here specifically but i dont know anybody in brisbane buying real estate either.

I've actually got a friend fairly close to me who has a wad of cash in the bank, and still renting, wont part with it. Worst thing you could do at the moment is hoard cash in the bank.

No can't say I know anyone buying right now but doesn't mean general sentiment isn't valid.

I hear that fairly often but I don't agree. Some of the smartest money aware people I know are women. Some are quite rich but none stack, which I find interesting - or didn't when we last talked. (and they made their own money btw).

no i was actually referring to general investing and an interest in investing. I do think everybody should have PM's though.
