Definitely a possibility considering how fast he bailed and how fast federal agents moved to pull his arse off a plane. Who ever really knows?
 
Either:

(a) A powerful man was feeling frisky and behaved inappropriately
(b) The woman made it up for money
(c) There is a plot to smear an influential, left-leaning official with a sex scandal

To be honest, none of those things would surprise me if they turned out to be true so I won't bother formulating a view on the story.
 
Question.
If you're taking a shower/getting dressed or another nude activity in a hotel bathroom and you hear someone come into your locked room, what would you do? stay in there while they knocked off all your sh!t?

Of course not, you'd come out flying and give a judo-chop to the first figure you'd see!

And what takes up the largest space in a hotel room? that's right, the bed.

And after you had accidentally knocked a scullery maid onto the bed while starkers, would you stick around or hurriedly get the hell out of there?... maybe even leaving your phone behind...

You need to get a visual first without making a sound, and an item which can be used as a stabbing weapon (must have a secure handle which your palm can rest against, such as a screw driver) and also grab something to use as a decoy such as a towel. You can then decide to attack by stealth or speed. The main thing is to open the door with minimal noise keeping low and against the wall. If you are spotted, then you must throw the decoy towards the person and run in a circular motion with some slight change of direction to make movement predication more difficult. When close to the target, you slide towards them and thrust the stabbing weapon from a low position upwards and into their kidney ensuring your palm is supporting the base of the weapon so as to achieve penetration. You twist the weapon to open the wound, pull it out and fling it away, and then stand up with your rising elbow covering your head and when at standing height use your other palm to strike their jaw closed. It is then important to maintain their jaw closed and apply pressure to prevent screaming, though if you've stabbed them correctly the pain will do most of the work for you.

Well, at least he didn't do that to the maid.

Look it's all completely innocent, just the same as the time I was vacuuming in the nude and accidentally fell down and got caught in the ...well ..you know how it is...it's all completely innocent... like the time I answered the door in a bathtowel and the door knob caught the towel as i opened it tearing it away from my bodice in front of the female census taker,... or the time that I.... :D
