I live in U.P. Michigan. No dealers around for 200 miles. What's the best way to buy silver eagles, maples, Britannia, or libertad online? Currently spot is $15.50, and my avg is $21-$22. Is this normal for online? Options here are limited.
 
Welcome Andrew, sadly the high premiums are now the norm due to supply constraints globally.

Best place to buy is from forums like this from trusted sellers.
 
Even at $21 is it worth it, I guess is my next question. If I stacked until 65? I'm 35 now. I am thinking of retirement.

Ok. I am definitely buying an oz of Au when I get taxes this year. My goal is to stack at least 1 oz. A year until 65 as well. Stack silver in between

Hope you can pick up some bargains to start your collection. Looking back I found it fun and exciting for the first few years buying silver.
 
Welcome Andrew, I'm in the backwoods of Colorado here. My local coin shop is two hours away so I feel your pain haha.

I'd say get what you can and your choices might be somewhat limited right now for the cheaper stuff. If you dont mind spending extra you can find about anything on Ebay.

I've ordered from all the big name dealers and they have all been good. Stock has been low mostly everywhere.

Sounds like you have a good stacking plan!

Welcome!

Buy only from trusted online dealers or save up and drive to big smoke every couple of months or so.
