If this person has been known to sell fakes and can be proven, I'm not sure why he should be allowed on this site. I'm not making accusations, and I'm not judge and jury. All I'm saying is, if evidence can be substantiated, and proved, then I don't think anyone who was caught selling fakes should be allowed on this forum or any others. It is tough enough to sell the real stuff. Just say'n admins. I will say, however, if he was selling fakes, I think eBay would be all over it? He has over 400 positive remarks. Just say'n. He has 1 negative comment, and it wasn't about selling fake goods.

don't know why you are defending this guy. but I assure you none of my comments are slanderous as they are factual and easy to prove as such. I posted on a thread he started about his ebay store and he asked for questions well within forum decorum rules(unlike his habit of commenting in sales threads)

You're entitled to your opinion, but not to making up your own facts.

The way you commented on that one negative feedback you noted is slanderous...there's no two ways about it. By the way you'd written your attack on IrvineShum, you clearly came across as presuming that the buyer was in the right when in no way, shape, or form did you confirm it before making your slanderous intimation.

What you did was vile irrespective of the fact that perhaps IrvineShum showed animosity toward many Aussies in general. But his opinion was based on his personal experience with buyers. That's very different than you condemning him for that negative feedback without a shred of evidence to support your assertion.

If you want respect, you first have to show respect.

I am not interested in knowing that you believe that a coin he has sold is a fake unless you have good evidence that it is. Then, if it is, you can notify the seller and let forum members be aware that a fake is being sold. Keep in mind that not all fakes being sold are knowingly sold fakes. So sometimes sellers don't realize they are selling a fake. But if we are labeling it a fake, we better be damn sure we have some good evidence to know because otherwise you are slandering sellers for no good reason.

I am at least as much intolerant of fraud as anyone else but I won't go making accusations unless I know otherwise beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Let's give our forum members the benefit of the doubt before we go throwing around false accusations or even insinuations.

Forum member serial stated that you were selling a "chinese knock off". Where I come from, "knock off" means fake. So it was serial, in my view, who suggested you were selling a fake.

That is why I had written that it's slanderous for someone to claim it is fake unless they have good evidence it's a fake but serial gave no evidence at all.

I am not the one who said your 12 ounce vault protector coin was a "knock off".

Hey man, settle down my friend. I'm not throwing accusations your way, and neither is Missing. What I said was your eBay history looks good. You had 1 negative comment, and you explained why in the details. It wasn't about fakes. If you were selling fakes, it would have been noted on eBay, and I believe your account would have been shut down. So, missing and I are defending you, telling the would be acusers to present facts and not emotions about what the problem is. No need to cus at us. LOL. Not all Pandas are fakes. If they were, you wouldn't be selling any. LOL. I love me some Pandas.
 
Well missing link my comments are based on experience as well. Someone who has eBay ads Luke his and misrepresents his location to hide the fact he is in the centre of the universe for all things faked, China, is in fact a scam artist based upon my experience. But this is an opinion I have and nothing more.
