idiot on ebay selling fake silver?

selling 1 oz silver "bullion" coins for less than spot inc postage from China. He has sold 57 of one of those listings, and a few on the other listings but has no feedback for any of them yet. His feedback is for non coin items. Based on the price I assume they are fake. Will be interesting to see what kind of feedback he gets in the future.

There are plenty of fake Perth mint ‘2 oz koi’ coins being sold on there also. Completely illegal since they have a face value, making them counterfeit currency. I report them but eBay does nothing.
