Ye reno i cant wait to be earning a regular wage again plus overtime just like I used to do.

Congratulations! I hope it turns out to be a great place to work. Even if it isn't and your coworkers and boss are buttholes, just chill and consider it a challenge... maybe the guys will turn out ok after you settle in. I don't know about you, but I always find the first few months of a new job really painful until I start to get the hang of things. Best of luck!
 
Just don't spend the O/T before you've earned it (not having a go at you it's serious advice)

I've held my job for a few years now, do I get any 66 50's? :)

In all seriousness a few years ago I was working three part time gigs trying to make ends meet (I was part of those stats saying the Obama Admin had created a bunch of new jobs... yeah new part time jobs because they fired all the full timers and replaced them with part timers they could pay less and offer no benefits). Not cool at all. I have a job I really love now so hopefully you'll really love yours.

I want free silver for actually being employed full time for the last 8 years.

I honestly think he has no work ethic ( shown by him quitting his last job less than 2 hours into it ) and this wont last more than a month.

Just like at HSV he will make up some lame excuse and he will be of course 100% blameless.
