So this is what the Athenian owls look like! My baby loves owls, I might get 1 for the fun of it, but they don't have this in Singapore.

I suddenly got an idea (should have ran away that moment but too late), drilling just the cone of the drill in every eye, to then glue a couple rhinestones in. Then the owl would have blinking eyes and according to Mint valuations suddenly worth 10 times more.

These owls appeared to me as an opportunity, I think I have seen 3-4 of these before (most notably a whole bunch libertad kilo coins), and they all turnt out to have been good choices. Those Libertads today, much lower silver price, still cost 640 euro - way more than the 500 euro that a "cheap" kilocoin now costs, while I bought them as such basic cheap kilocoins, so my loss on these is substantially less. At Apmex the cheapest is $790.57, which is 674 euro.

Just noticed your mention on your Libertads. I was looking up on silver kilos and gold libertad mintages and they have been falling over the years and I can't imagine that they can actually make money out of those mintages.
