All this noise for 3 x 50's seller should just cough up and send replacements, end of story.

You would have to be a numbnuts to post loose coins in an envelope.

I understand it is only 3 coins but it is the principle of the matter if he gets away with this then there is no telling he could do the same on a bigger purchase also.

This is his response to me
"Isnt it obvious? I dont fall for pressure tactics especially when i know im right"

What I meant was the seller should just replace the 3 coins and get over it. The seller should not of let this issue get this far

that feed back should be un-done. he did complete his side of the transaction
as to what happened to the coins it seems there are to sides to the story so I wouldn't get involved as I haven't seen the evidence and don't know the parties involved
but the feed back is unfair from the facts I have seen

Couldn't agree more. No humility displayed at all. It appears when everything goes well, all is well. Much love given. But when something goes awol, this is the response. No thanks.

This is how I just wrapped 5 coins for an express post C5 envelope (cardboard). Folded up all coins in a few bits of a4 paper, so that each coin has at least 2 sheets of separation to stop rubbing together. I taped the papers to stop them unwrapping themselves, then sealed it with some packing film. still well within the 20mm thickness limit and there is no way the coins are breaking free, they don't even have wriggle room to wear at anything.

You obviously care about your reputation and that people receive there goods correctly, then again even if you didn't you can not have a voice against a member any way.

Looks like very thread I know open gets closed straight away so I guess you can not voice your opinion very poor form were is my protection were is the ability to warn others of a poor member.

HOWUDN you have just displayed Freedom of speech by the thread you posted
about the problem you have. SilverStacker members are given the opportunity to speak openly. I am not taking sides, I am not sure you will solve this problem by starting another post.
Hopefully you and the seller will work this out amicably.

I will await a response from the owner before moving forward with this then it is not so much that it is 3 coins it is more he gets away with now not responding telling me it is fault and he can continue selling.

This is the problem maggie he is not going to resolve this but he still gets away with selling further

No way negative feedback for HOWUDN....WTF....
Same thing happened to me with an Oz of Gold not packaged correctly a kilo of Silver and punched it though the bag.
I got my money back and so should HOWUDN
I will not ever trade with seller unless negative feedback is removed

If only you had bought a 1oz croc instead. They might get beat up in the mail but at least they arrive.

I often request items be packed a certain way or with extra bubblewrap and have received the same request often. Even if its a small amount and going in cheap mail you can still ask for a bubble envelope and that the item be stuck to a card or wrapped in paper. It might seem a given but by making the request during the sale you tend to avoid this tyoe of thing occuring.

The coins would have been spat out going through a sorting machine I reckon. Standard envelopes are not the way to send coins.

you have left 2 negative feedbacks now?
I also would hate to lose coins in the mail and what I send I pack so they wont fall out, but I have had ebayers try it on (even with bubbled envelopes) so I can appreciate both side of this.
It seems we have a good lynching every few weeks at the moment.

I said just before I will await the owner for his response before moving forward with more on this but as he is a site sponsor I am guessing which way this will be going. I have the envelope as evidence that he has not done anything other then throw these coins in an envelope and post he needs to take responsibility for his actions.

As i have said before you wanted the cheapest option possible and i obliged you, giving double negative, making a thread, pming buyers and commenting on sales threads is the exact reason why i will not deal with you as i do not give in to scare tactics. That is all I am going to say about that.

This would not be happening if you listened and got off your high horse I have every right to warn you ever I like about whatever I like I am speaking the truth and you are just a bad example of a business man who can not even have the decency to try to resolve this instead you give the cold shoulder and move on very poor form.
