Why want to stop it?
Just don't buy after they bought - drove up the price.

And lol at that regulators monitoring, they're their buddies. The fines the former raise the latter, are just the extra you paid, the savings, your savings, they wanna get rid of, so that they can achieve their target inflation policy without you being able to buy what they bought with their newly created money.
