How to check if Perth Mint Gold bars are genuine?

Hi,

Is there a way to determine if the Certicard gold bars (gold bars remaining enclosed within Certicard) are genuine?

I repeat: without taking the bars out.

For instance: how heavy is the entire thing (with package) supposed to weigh?
(10 g, 1 oz)
