how many pandas is wise to buy

if I am looking at buying pandas as a investor more than a collector do I need to buy more than one ie 20 x 2014 pandas or would my money be better spent on finding different years but just 1 of each

You could be better off just buying a sheet of pandas at the lowest premium. That could mean 2014 or 2013 if you can find some.

how many is in a sheet, I suppose in hindsight possibly all the same design could be quite boring I guess maybe some variety
are the older coins only sold as slabbed ? where do you obtain years that you have missed?

30 are in a sheet of pandas.

current sheets are going for around $800 give or take a couple dollars. or, if you have the money, go out and buy a sealed crate directly from the Chinese mint. 600 are in a crate.

Depends on a lot of factors but if it's for investing, go for lower mintage years (pre-2011). Hefty premiums but expected to continue rising and there's a lot to know about them.

That's assuming your talking about the Gold Panda's.
