How long do you give a seller to make it right?

Ok guys
It's all in the open so just kiss and make up ...

Something tells me this particular buyer isn't the forgiving type!
I thought the Chinese Whispers had gone on long enough and it better to be open, honest and frank than be silent.
I did the right thing: At the time I offered part refund, the I'd still not taken delivery of the coins & did so as a gesture of good faith.
Once I'd taken delivery of the the coins, refund was provided & I'd have thought the buyer would've updated the thread to that effect.
Instead I had to involve site admin regarding what in the grand scheme of things is a very minor issue.
I'll publicly apologize here & now for any inconvenience caused.
I don't know any seller that would provide a full refund prior to receiving the goods unless they had a previous trading relationship with the buyer (bare in mind I'm relatively new to the forum & am not yet clued up on who's trustworthy & who's not).
There are other members in this same thread that I dealt with over the same (difficult) period & I was able to ensure each was 100% satisfied with their purchase, regardless of cost &/or time.
There are some people on this forum, as in this world that one will never be able to satisfy no matter how hard one tries & I'm chalking this one up to being one of those cases.

uummmmmmmmmm but you expect a full payment befor sending the product? :/
Double standard much?

That's why (unlike yourself), I have no intention of attempting to alter the feedback I gave you as a buyer.
You as a buyer have recourse in the form of feedback after the fact, I as a seller leave feedback upon payment being received .
No, I don't see a double standard at all.
I've now got a "-" in my feedback as a result of this and that's the risk I take as a seller.
That is the entire point of the feedback system....isn't it?

A couple of months ago I had some mate over my place , they are all stackers on this forum
One had some maples he wanted to sell he was waiting on a call from someone he knows to buy but wasn't shure if the sale
Was a shure thing so he decided to put them up on ss .As a shit stir we buzz the maples we didn't leave feed backs because
That wasn't your intention ...it really and honestly was a shit stir ..........and then all hell broke loose .
I still cop shit from some members for this .the funny thing is that they weren't my maples but I still get an ear full .
It was probably a stupid thing to do but how many time have you done a silly thing when your with mates.
I really hope you two guys work it out .

Think PM is the best way of dealing with this going foward.

Sales Summary

1) buyer buzzs coins from seller and pays straight away - true SS style
2) buyer receives below standard coins and seller agrees to refund - true ss style ......good so far

3) buyer returns coins with tracking # true ss style
4) Seller offers partial refund now and part later - true ss style ( I don't think so)

5) buyer gets a little upset - rightly so
6) buyer leaves appropriate feedback instead of naming and shaming .....true ss style

7) seller tries to play victim card....... :( Have sighted every pm seller has sent to buyer....he aint no victim..... trying to de-value the reputation of a loyal ss (very low -Shame FA)
8) seller gets upset with me for posting this - I don't give a rats -

9) Pending
