I think you misunderstood him. He is looking to get a counted back of change from somewhere (bank branch), not have a machine count what he has.
But I agree with you, those coin counting machines are awesome. I dumped a bucket of change in and got $2k credited to my account!

They mostly have Armaguard rolls in stock although there is one branch I've seen that has different roll packaging similar to the plain ones the Mint occasionally distributes to dealers. Although I wouldn't mind knowing where to get Proseguer/Chubb rolls or those mint bags fresh from the Mint.
