G'day everyone,

I've already made a few posts and even a few trades and thought I should finally introduce myself.

I'm based in Melb and first became interested in metals earlier this year when I started reading about metal detectors (lost my wedding ring :/ ) and then continued on reading all about gold detecting, Australian goldfields, etc, got hooked and recently bought a detector.

This and a couple of other factors eventually led to the interest in silver and I found this forum not too long ago. It is a wealth of information which is a credit to all the members here.

I look forward to continuing to learn, trade and discuss all matters metal with you all.

Howdy. Hopefully you'll also be able to teach us. I believe there are some metal detecting threads around already.

Yeah I hope so, still learning myself - going out tomorrow to do a bit more learning :)

I think that people will be pinning in a few years about how they wish they'd backed the truck up at $33 & $1675 :)
