Hi guys,

So I've just started with a PAMP 1oz silver bar (small I know) but I was just wonder what everyone does to get low premiums, My next buy when I get back from overseas will be a tube of Silver Eagles. The best price I can get including shipping in $28 per unit, with the spot price at 20.72 am I paying to much for a premium ? Would love to know your thought.

I'm from Melbourne btw.

Bullion foundry had a deal here on the weekend - I picked up a tube of 20 for $498.

Have a look around especially from the site sponsors there is always a deal to be had.

If you're looking at stacking coins and are based in Australia look into the Perth Mint options such as current year kookaburras or koalas or even the lunar series. You'll find that they'll retain a better premium over time than overseas bullion coins (maples,eagles etc). For example i purchased eagles and maples and kookaburras in 2010. Now in 2014 the premium on the kookaburras has well outpaced the eagles and maples.

You may also find, being in Australia, that there's more of a market to buy Perth Mint coins from you in the future.

There's my 2 cents.

They have some great stock and also have a nice unallocated service which may suit you.
 
Yea goldstackers.com is a great site, I have purchased from there once so far (only because I am not in australia, if I was I am sure I would have bought lots from them)

They seem like awesome guys, and there unallocated account looks good, though unfortunately I couldn't open an account as it's only for Australians.
