That 10 ozer is a Morgan bar which I believe is minted by Highland Mint.

Can't help you with the other one though.

Harrington bar on the left, the right hand bar appears to have some sort of strange holographic image of a man holding a camera on it, perhaps a new security measure.

Nice harrington bar, great large hallmark.

I think few people know the following....

You might notice the letters joined together for HAR at the top in a "RING" shape and under it TON in the shape of a weight.

Thereby cleverly standing for HAR-RING-TON

This is a collectable bar!
