I think I can just make out the word 'Franklin' on that little metal plaque.... Franklin Mint ?

Not listed in Kruse.

Saw a reference where these were minted by Perth Mint but sold through Franklin Mint - that could explain.

I broke my google search engine trying to find the coin LOL
Found some references on ebay feedbacks ... in 2009 there were bunch of these coins sold ... the last one was sold in April this year for $1500+ (it was graded by NGC)... that's it! No info on mintage, who made those monkey look as the look, who distributed the coin ... ))

But I think that GP is right - in those feedbacks in reference the mint was Perth, though no info was stated regardint Franklin mint
