Help identify a Mexico silver medallion

Hi all,

I just bought this medallion from my LCS but couldn't find any info on it :|
It says 1oz fine silver .999 and it's mexican..

I have no wish for such a medal or know anything about it's origins,but you may be able to get some help here.

I have not used them to locate medals,just looked at the pretty pictures ,but they seem to know whats what when it comes to medals.
